Athina Luxury Villas is a complex of three luxury villas that have been built on the highest point of a traditional little village, Xamoudochori, in an extraordinary natural environment of 6 acres ,surrounded by lavish greenery,  close to the tourist resort of Platanias in the picturesque city of Chania.
The villas are surrounded by olive groves and vines  yards while also offering a great seaview .

Kissos, Myrtia and Rodia are independent two-story villas that can accommodate from 2 up to 7 persons in their wonderful, fully air-conditioned rooms where wood and stone prevail. They have a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, Satellite TV, CD-player, PC (24-hour internet access), dishwasher, washing machine as well as a safe.
Each villa has a large master bathroom with Jacuzzi as well as  a spare WC with shower on the ground floor. In there you will find bathrobes, slippers, luxury cosmetics as well as hairdryer.
Each villa has its own private pool, a barbecue, lavish gardens and large verandas where you can enjoy the breathtaking view. There are especially arranged gardens with benches and tables where you can  enjoy special moments of relaxation with your friends and family.

How to get there
Xamoudochori is easily accessed through the local road network and the National Road.
When arriving from Chania (or Heraklion) and following the seashore local road (Kissamou Str), we go through Platanias, Gerani and when entering Maleme we turn left to Xamoudochori ( 3 km). Athina Luxury Villas are situated  after the last turn of the old village of  Xamoudochori  and there are also road signs that will direct you accordingly.

Activities
Ksamoudochori is in a central position within the Chania Prefecture as it gives you the opportunity to visit many sights that are located in a small distance.
Platanias with its well-organised commercial centre, beautiful sandy beach and numerous traditional restaurants is within a 5 minutes drive. Platanias is also known for its many clubs and parties that are organised every summer by famous Djs from all over Europe.
The Venetian Harbour of Chania with its several museums and picturesque narrow roads is only 19 km away from the villas. In less than half an hour, you have the opportunity to reach the centre of Chania and visit all the interesting neighbourhoods of the city, which is considered one of the most beautiful in Greece with good reason. Don’t forget to do your shopping in the “Agora” (Market), which is located in the centre of the city. There you can find an unbelievable variety of traditional goods, with special emphasis on mizithra (soft, rather sweet cheese), graviera (hard, rather spicy cheese) and the famous Cretan rusk.
